BMK 50 5000 Rod Digital Thermostat Controlled Electrode Drying Oven
The main working principle is the drying of factory output welding electrodes at high temperatures and keeping them at a certain temperature until application.
Factory output electrodes should first be dried by being kept at 300-350 °C for about 2 hours and then left to rest at 130-150 °C.
Rested electrodes will be transferred to storage thermoses and taken to the application area.
After all electrodes are consumed, the same process should be repeated.
The temperature degrees should be as written on the electrode packages or according to the standards set by the manufacturer.
