Cutting Section
Material: The outer casing and the surfaces that come into contact with the dough are made of 304 chrome and chrome-plated.

Capacity: The average rolling bread dough and rounding capacity is 5,500 pieces per hour. Hamburger and pastry dough are processed at a maximum capacity of 5,500 pieces/hour. Bagel and sandwich dough are processed at an average capacity of 5,500 pieces/hour.
Flour Usage: Since very little flour is used in dough cutting, the dough surface is flour-free and provides a clean working environment. The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted. During the dough cutting process, the lubrication system is automatically adjusted. Unlike other machines, the pressure-free cutting does not damage the dough.
Processing (Shaping) Section
Shaping: In this section of the machine, there is a crushing belt that performs the shaping and crushing process, a shaping pad, and a sorting unit. Round shaping of the dough is done with the crushing belt. Sandwich-type (long) bread dough is shaped with the shaping pad. Adjusting the product size and shapes according to the dough weight is very easy.
Sorting: The sandwich-shaped doughs are sorted into a single line to prevent them from spreading on the spreading belt. There is a clamp on the spreading unit for the proper arrangement of the products on the tray or pan. All shaped doughs (3 pieces) are transferred to the spreading belt at the same time. The operation of the machine is carried out via sensors and PLC program. All materials used in the machine manufacturing comply with food regulations.
Note: A 5*2.5 multi-cable should be pulled for electricity. It is recommended to use a suitable regulator to prevent voltage fluctuations in electricity to protect the automation products used in the machine.
