One of the main features of ALTUNTOP Rotating Car Oven is high efficiency achieved through even heat distribution, regular air circulation, and well-designed heat exchangers.

Thanks to the heat exchanger used, high heat savings are achieved compared to similar machines in its class, and the desired quality product is obtained.

The combustion chamber (fire bed) is made of specially alloyed stainless steel, resistant to heat exceeding 1000 degrees Celsius.

With the cassette steam system, it produces a high level of steam to ensure sufficient feeding of each ceiling.

After baking, there is an exhaust hood and aspirator system to prevent the dispersal of hot air and steam into the production hall.

Due to the burners of our ovens being mounted on the side, they can be easily mounted in narrow and elongated bakery and bakery spaces.

The front panels, baking chamber, and covers are entirely made of stainless steel sheet.

The oven interior lighting system placed on the doors provides excellent lighting compared to other ovens.

Optional touch, digital, or manual control panel is mounted as needed.

The installation and use of the oven are easier compared to similar machines in its class.
