Description
GENERAL FEATURES
- The turbine type valve bag filling machine is used for packaging medium and high-density products into valve craft polyethylene bags, providing the most appropriate solution for packaging fine and ground products with medium and high density flowability.
- The dosing system of the valve filling machines can be of different types according to the characteristics of the material to be bagged. Once the bag is attached to the filling mouth by the operator, all subsequent processes are automatic. The machine filling speed can vary depending on the density and fluidity of the product. Thanks to its rotating structure, it offers high-capacity working performance. It automatically adjusts the lower buffer height according to the bag length.
- The pneumatic mechanism at the filling mouth secures the bag. The system carries out the bag filling process according to the set (target material) amount determined by the user. The mixture in the machine hopper is filled into the bag by moving the mixture inside the hopper with turbine propulsion and the air injected into the hopper. It continuously performs precise weighing through the electronic load cell feature and fast/slow filling system and carries out the weighing process at the same time.
- It has a structure that adjusts the filling process according to the weight to be packaged, thus ensuring precise filling, with a speed control system that slows down as the desired package weight is approached. For example, when we set a target filling of 25 kg, when it reaches 24,700 grams, It achieves the highest accuracy in filling by slowing down the rotation speed of the weighing tub. The turbine blades are made of Hardox material. There are also two speed control valves that regulate the air supplied to the hopper. After the filling is completed, the bag is automatically discharged onto the conveyor belt.
