The DAMS DAKY-11 dough cutting and rolling machine offers high efficiency with a production capacity of 11,000 pieces per hour. All settings can be easily adjusted via the PLC-controlled touch screen, and learning the mechanical adjustments is quite simple. Usage information can be saved in memory for continuous use. Daily cleaning is quite easy, and the belts and working parts can be easily disassembled and reassembled. All belt speeds can be adjusted to the desired level. Electrical and electronic faults provide warnings with images and text on the PLC screen. In case of a fault, remote access to the PLC program can be provided (Optional).

Cutting Section

The dough contact surfaces are made of 304 chrome and chrome-plated. Piston diameter options are available in Ø45 mm, Ø48 mm, Ø50 mm, Ø55 mm, Ø60 mm, and Ø65 mm. The cutting and rolling ranges vary between 25-220 grams. Various outer drums are used for different weight ranges, and the drums can be easily changed within a few minutes.
