GENERAL 640 mobile crusher, which is a Mobile Crushing and Screening System with Jaw Crusher, has been produced and offered to consumers as the most ideal crushing unit for crushing abrasive materials. The feeder system is supported by 2 vibromotors. In this way, trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance are offered to the consumer.
The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with excavators and loaders as usual, and it has been developed to allow feeding with trucks with additional hoppers for long-term operations. All wear points in the feeder and hopper are replaceable and protected by wear armor.

There is also a sieving system in the feeder tray. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this sifted soiled material is made ready to be poured into the stock area. It is primary type, 600×380 mm in size, and its engine power is: 37 Kw. Additionally, the system has an adjustment mechanism and the jaw crusher can be easily adjusted.
The under-sieve stock conveyor is designed as 750 mm. The product, which uses a folding type Hydraulic System, has 4 hydraulic leg mechanisms, and after these legs are locked, they are reinforced with 6 fixed legs.

In order to open and close the crusher, two lifting pistons are used and these 6 pistons are controlled by a special control system. Panel material Siemens or Telemecanique brands are used.

The panel system includes the Abb Soft Starter system and even a special control system is available. The capacity of crushed material and feeding can reach up to 60-110 tons in accordance with the changes in product dimensions. The dust removal system prevents dust by spraying high pressure water into the nozzle to prevent dust on the conveyors.
The tires of the conveyor belt are entrusted to the Derby or Eksaş brand. When using bearings, SKF or equivalent bearings are preferred. In addition, when working with a generator, this device ensures non-disruption operation, low generator selection and low fuel consumption, and approximately fuel consumption varies between 21 – 23 Lt/Hour.

GENERAL 640 Closed Circuit Crushing System The entire system is collected on a single platform and can be transported with 1 Truck.
