Aggregate Bunkers / Bunker Eyes
Depending on the type of aggregate to be used in concrete production, bunker eyes can be produced in 3, 4, 5, or 6 compartments. The capacity of the bunkers can vary between 60 m3 and 400 m3. NPI 200 or H profile is used for the chassis and supports.
The weighing bunker under the aggregate bunker is produced from St 37 6 mm sheet.
Weighing Conveyor
The weighing belt is located under the covers to weigh the aggregates and uses a high-performance weighing system that provides precise weighing. Belt scrapers are available for smooth weighing mixtures and ensure the seamless and effective transfer of aggregates to the transfer belt.
Aggregate Eyes
Each eye provides greater dosing accuracy and maximum production efficiency thanks to its double cover design.
