60 Ton (3×12 m) Mobile Steel and Concrete Platform Weighbridge

Vehicle weighbridges are used under silos, at factory entrances, and as raw material receiving and shipping scales. The weighing program securely stores the weighing results within the system. Customer information, material type, etc. can be tracked daily, monthly, and within two date ranges.

The “Mobile Steel – Concrete Platform Weighbridge” is preferred due to its robust structure, resistance to sulfate, corrosion, and chemical acids. The steel frames are realized by tensioning (pre-stressed) steel cables and pouring concrete. The concrete is of C50 class, reinforced with glass fiber, steam-dried, and impermeable to sulfate and chemical acid effects. The system is made durable for many years with surface hardeners. Thus, costs for regular maintenance and painting that need to be done on the weighbridge are avoided.
