60 Ton (3×15 m) Mobile Steel and Concrete Platform Weighbridge

Vehicle weighbridges are used under silos, at factory entrances, and as raw material purchase and sales scales. The weighing program securely stores the weighing results within the system. Customer information, material types, etc. are tracked daily, monthly, and within two date ranges.

"Mobile Steel – Concrete Platform Weighbridge" is preferred due to its robust structure and resistance to sulfate, corrosion, and chemical acids. The steel frames are realized by tensioning (pre-stressed) steel cables and pouring concrete. The concrete is of C50 class, with raw glass fiber additives, steam-dried, and impermeable to sulfate and chemical acid effects. The system is made durable for many years with surface hardeners. Thus, costs for regular maintenance and painting that need to be done on the scale are avoided.
