600-2000 Kw Monoblock Gas + Fuel Oil Burner

BRÜLÖR TG (M) 200 AGP is a dual-fuel (natural gas and fuel oil) burner with a monoblock structure developed for medium and high-capacity industrial heating applications. With a capacity range of 600 kW to 2000 kW, it offers reliable and balanced combustion performance in industrial boilers, hot water, and thermal oil systems, as well as various process heating applications. The monoblock design provides compact structure and easy installation, offering practical usage opportunities for businesses. The system operates at a gas pressure of 300 mbar and is compatible with industrial natural gas infrastructures.

Equipped with the GPO-S2 control system, the TG (M) 200 AGP operates in gas mode with pneumatic proportional control and in liquid fuel mode with a two-stage working principle. Pneumatic proportional control in natural gas adapts to load changes, adjusting the fuel-air mixture in a balanced manner and providing stable combustion. The two-stage structure in fuel oil mode helps achieve safe and efficient operation by providing controlled power transitions for different heat requirements.

In the GPO-SMO option, it operates with gas pneumatic proportional and liquid fuel mechanical proportional control; in the GEO-SEO option, it provides electronic proportional control in both gas and liquid fuel modes.
