Description

BAT Series Vertical Vacuum Lifter (Tilting Feature)

The BAT series vacuum lifting systems specially developed by SingleLift offer ideal solutions for lifting and tilting delicate materials such as glass, marble, ceramic, and wood on production lines. One of the standout models in this series, the SL-PVL-500VT, has the ability to lift loads vertically and tilt them 90 degrees.

The SL-PVL-500VT model is equipped with a total of 6 high-grip suction cups; 2 in the center and 4 around the perimeter. Each suction cup has a diameter of 290 mm. The model's flexible extension arms allow for easy lifting of large-sized glass and similar sheets.

The SL-PVL-500VT vacuum lifting device is offered to users with three different options:

  • SL-PVL-500VT/DPL: Can be equipped with 4 independent pneumatic lifting cylinders at user-requested stroke lengths.

  • SL-PVL-500VT/SPL: Offers a compact and effective solution with a single pneumatic lifting cylinder.

  • SL-PVL-500VT/EW: A special model with an electric winch system-compatible lifting ring for winch integration.

When designing the BAT series, importance was given to lightness and ergonomics. Through topology optimization, the device weight has been minimized, reducing operator fatigue and increasing ease of use.

Additionally, for users requiring higher capacity, the SL-PVL-1000VT model is available, with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and larger suction cup diameters.
