 Single Lift SL-PVL-600VR Vacuum Vertical Lifter (With Swivel Feature)

Bat Series Vacuum Lifters, specially developed by SingleLift, provide maximum efficiency in vertical transportation and rotation of sensitive materials in production lines. The prominent model of this series, SL-PVL-600VR, which aims to safely transport products with sensitive surfaces such as glass, marble, ceramics and wood, increases flexibility in production thanks to its vertical lifting and 90 degree rotation feature.

The SL-PVL-600VR model includes a total of 6 vacuum suction cups. Two of these suction cups are located in the center and four are located on the periphery, each with a diameter of 290 mm. With its extension arms, it offers superior safety and ease of use in transporting large and large-sized sheets.

The SL-PVL-600VR model is offered to users in two different options:

  • SL-PVL-600VR/PL:Equipped with pneumatic lifting cylinder. It can be customized in different stroke lengths according to user needs.

  • SL-PVL-600VR/EW:It contains a special lifting ring compatible with electric winch systems and can be easily integrated with cranes.

Thanks to the shape and topology optimization in the special design of the Bat Series, a light and ergonomic structure has been achieved and minimizes the operator’s fatigue during use.

The series also includes the SL-PVL-300VR model, which has a capacity of 300 kg. This model offers solutions for different needs with its smaller diameter suction cups.
