Ø620 mm – Ø1500 Mm Manhole Chimney Collar and Conical Machine

With this machine, it is possible to produce chimney collar products, elevation collars, parcel and vent bodies, conical and chimney neck collars from Ø600mm to Ø1500mm according to customer demands, with a length of up to 1 meter.

Vibration: The products produced in our machine are compacted with the help of a vibrator. The vibrator used in our machine has a liquid oil system, closed circulation, and adjustable power settings. Thanks to the oil return control system used, user errors have been minimized. All parts used in the vibrator (bearing, sleeve, shaft) are of steel quality (ST 52) (ST 37).

Mortar Distribution Group and Hopper: This is the system that ensures the produced concrete mortar is poured homogeneously into the molds. The bunker hopper is designed with a volume of 2m³, allowing for easy discharge of the mortar inside. Thanks to the distributor arms at the end of the bunker, the molds receive the mortar in a very short time. A special system is used in the bunker left-right mechanism, allowing the bunker to move right or left.

Construction: The construction of our machine is produced from heavy and quality materials to withstand high resistance against vibration, wear, and external factors, ensuring durability for many years. Hardox or hardened steel materials are used in areas where wear can be significant. The design of our machine is made to allow for very quick assembly.

Molds and Equipment: In our machine, production can be done using molds for chimney collar products from Ø600mm to Ø1500mm, conical chimney collar products, and vent products up to 800mm x 800mm, 1000mm x 1000mm, and 1 meter in length. A spare parts equipment box (bearing, motor, belt, pulley, liquid gasket, hydraulic hoses) is prepared and provided for a fee. Steam Curing and Storage: The produced products are taken from our machine with a forklift or crane and placed in the steam chamber. Steam at 120 degrees is applied to increase the strength of the concrete products. The products that are cured are then taken to the storage area with a forklift or crane.
