ErichHahn OPS-A-65 Oil Pumping Station

Oil pumping stations up to 150 m3/h capacity are designed to increase the pressure of heat transfer fluid in pipeline and maintain various temperature conditions in certain parts of the oil heating system.

ErichHahn OPS Advantages

The pumping station is designed in compliance with the European standard EN 809 + A1:2009 + AC:2010 (pumps and pump units for liquids – General safety requirements) which is the same as the Russian standard GOST EN 809-2017.
Purpose of Use

The station consists of a pump unit, pipe filter (mesh filter), shut-off and control valves, measuring devices, and a control cabin. All equipment is mounted compactly on a frame with safety protections. Removable thermal insulation is provided.

Pump Unit
The pump unit is a centrifugal pump mounted on the base plate of the station. The unit is operated with a 3-phase asynchronous motor. The pump capacity is controlled by a frequency converter.

A filter is used to filter the pumped product.

Measuring Devices

The unit is equipped with pressure gauges, pressure and temperature transducers. These devices are used in process control.
Control Valve

The control valve is used to automatically control the temperature of the heat transfer fluid according to process conditions.

Control Panel
The monitoring and control modes of the pumping station are performed using indicators, buttons, and switches located on the front panel of the local control cabin. Remote control mode is provided based on digital interfaces.

OPS Quality Standards
