80 Ton Electronic Vehicle Scale

TS-2 Series vehicle scales are complete with steel platforms. They are mounted on the ground, the scale can be easily accessed via concrete ramps, and it is a preferred model produced with the "V" beam system. It is a modular scale. The scale consists of 6 parts, and its installation as well as subsequent disassembly and reinstallation is quite easy.

The barrier systems on the right and left are manufactured with maximum strength calculations. TS-2 series scales use 4 to 10 domestic production stainless steel CT-30t load cells with a capacity of 30 tons each according to their dimensions in OIML R60 standards C4 class.

    SCALE SOFTWARE

    The Tuna Windows-based scale software is designed to be easy to use for anyone familiar with computers, while also offering advanced reporting, data export in various formats (XML, Excel, PDF, HTML, TXT), the ability to consolidate data from remote scales at a central point with a web reporting module, tare calculations, easy weighing of fixed narrow-width vehicles, integration with lighting control system and license plate reading system with cameras into the program.

    LOAD CELL FEATURES

    Working in compression type, each load cell has a capacity of 30 tons, and between 4 to 10 load cells are used depending on the size of the scale. With its stainless steel body, it is extremely resistant to corrosion and operates flawlessly for many years even in challenging industrial conditions. The standard mounting kits provide complete protection against lateral loads. OIML R60 C4 approved and IP68 protection class.
