800 Litre Variable Speed Walnut Peeling Machine

Designed for large-scale walnut production, the 800 liter variable speed walnut peeling machine offers a highly efficient and precise peeling process thanks to its wide capacity and powerful motor. This model, with a capacity of 300 kg, provides the opportunity to work with different types of walnuts with its variable speed system and effectively peels walnut shells without breaking them.

The powerful 7.5 KW (10 HP) motor allows processing a large amount of walnuts quickly and efficiently. The feature of reversible rotation in both directions ensures a more homogeneous peeling process. The special abrasive peeling system enables walnuts to be peeled without damaging the shell, and the bolt-mounted peeling system allows for easy replacement of the peeler.

The durable ST37 steel body guarantees long-term use of the machine, while the minimum 7-year life span of the peeler system minimizes maintenance needs. Its wheeled structure allows the machine to be easily moved to the desired location. The three-phase 380V electric motor operates with low energy consumption, providing powerful and stable performance.
