The Itas Makina DVM1000 is a high-capacity vacuum paint mixer specially designed for industrial use. These vacuum mixers absorb air bubbles formed in the mixed product by vacuuming, ensuring a high-quality mixture. They are especially ideal for mixing liquids and powders under vacuum, allowing for a homogeneous mixture in a short time.

Durable Construction:
The main body of the mixer is made from high-alloy carbon steel, welded using the MIG welding method. The body operates with an electro-hydraulic system. During mixing, dense materials that stick to the tank surfaces are cleaned with a scraper. All materials in contact with the product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel.

Wide Range of Applications:
This mixer can be used in various industrial fields where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required. It is widely used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.

Features:

• Reverse Rotation:
  In addition to the mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

• Hydraulic Lifting:
  The machine can mix at any desired height. The body structure has an electro-hydraulic system. In some models, the body can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing it to serve surrounding tanks.

• Optional Features:
  Explosion-proof systems (ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards), vacuum application, tank scraper, automatic control systems, PLC control system, automatic lifting and lowering system based on product level, and speed control options are available.
