Painting Ovens; improved insulation is important for maximizing production performance by minimizing operating costs. Thanks to the digital control units, it operates at the set temperature and automatically exhausts the smoke accumulated inside the oven during operation.
In the painting ovens, specially designed air channels distribute hot air homogeneously inside the oven, ensuring equal curing on all types of materials.

Made of sandwich panels.
Insulation thickness is 16 cm.
Insulation material is provided with 60 kg/m³ 5cm thick rock wool.
Insulation material is provided with 24 kg/m³ glass wool.
Circulation is provided by a radial fan.
Homogeneous heat distribution is ensured in the oven.
The oven is thermoblock and made of 310 quality stainless steel.
Thermoblock pipes are seamless steel drawn smoke pipes.
Oven burners are approved by IGDAŞ and TSE guaranteed.
There is an exhaust fan in the oven.
With the air curtain placed at the entrance and exit of the oven, leaks are minimized.
By adjusting according to the size of the part to be painted, heat losses are minimized with the sliding doors at the entrance and exit of the oven.
SIEMENS and TELEMEKANIK materials are used in the oven electrical panel.
The outer part of the oven is painted with electrostatic powder paint. Ral 5015 and 7032
Requests beyond standard dimensions are evaluated separately.
The oven sheet thickness is 1.2 mm.
