Features

The machine has the ability to lift and lower hydraulically. It is equipped with a frequency inverter for a fully automatic, stepless speed changer. It can mix at the desired height during both lifting and lowering. The mixing shaft and propeller of the machine are made from AISI 304 stainless steel. The initial starting speed is always 100 rpm or any desired speed setting. Since the starting speed is set at a low speed, both the machine's overall design and the electrical system ensure safety and protection. Afterward, the mixing speed can be increased by turning a knob.

Applications

Used where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required, especially for mixing powders and liquids. These dissolvers, equipped with the appropriate and effective motor power depending on various viscosities, are used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.

Reverse Rotation

In addition to the mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter used is a heavy industrial model capable of providing more power than the motor’s nominal power for a short period. The mixing rotation is set between 0 rpm – 1500 rpm as standard factory settings.

Hydraulic Lifting

The machine has the ability to mix at any desired height by moving up and down. It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system on the body structure. In some models, the machine can rotate 360º and serve the surrounding vessels.
