The machine has a hydraulic lift and descent feature, allowing mixing at the desired height. It is equipped with a frequency inverter for fully automatic stepless speed change, enabling mixing at the desired height during lift and descent. The mixing shaft and paddle are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing durability and rust resistance. The initial start-up speed is always set to 100 rpm or can be adjusted to a desired speed. The low start-up speed ensures safety and protection. The mixing speed can be increased by turning the button if desired.

Applications:

These machines are used especially in places where dispersion and homogeneous mixing are required, particularly in the mixing of powders and liquids. The solvents, with appropriate and effective motor power depending on various viscosities, are used in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment paste, and various petrochemical products.

Variable Speed:

In addition to mono speed, the speed is also controlled by a frequency inverter. The frequency inverter used is a heavy industrial model capable of providing more power than the motor's nominal rating for a short time. The mixing rotation is set to 0 rpm – 1500 rpm as per standard factory settings.

Hydraulic Lifting:

The machine can mix at any desired height. It features an electro-hydraulic system on the body structure. Some models can rotate 360º and serve surrounding tanks.
