• Wood Thickness: Adjusted by our company based on the cabinet size.
• Wood Type: 1st class Bolongo (Erythophleum-Ivorense) wood, imported from Africa, selected and dried for cabinet manufacturing.
• Specially sourced 1st class kiln-dried wood available on request.
• Also available in Red Pine.
• Coupled Gear: Made from 20-25 mm steel material.
• Used in sizes of 2600 mm, 2800 mm, or 3000 mm depending on the cabinet size.
• Star: Made from 20-25 mm steel material.
• The hub diameter varies between 200 mm and 260 mm depending on the cabinet size.
• The coupled gear, star, and wedges are connected with a total of 80 rivets.
• Cabinet Bearings: Manufactured from high-quality bronze, suitable for heavy bearing conditions.
• Optional Bearing Housing: Bearing housing option available.
• Our cabinets feature 6 or 8 arms, each connected with 30 mm steel rods and 12-16 reinforcement blocks (wedges).
• The cage arrangement is protected by an M20 ring (optional) with a plastic cover or painted with epoxy paint.
• Filling and Emptying Cap: Varies depending on the cabinet size.
• The cap slides to the side and is made entirely of stainless steel (CNR-316).
• Filters are present on both sides of the cabinet; emptying occurs via four 110 mm chrome covers.
• A suitable father and rack system can be used based on the cabinet’s capacity.
• The motor is selected based on the cabinet’s capacity and working conditions, and is controlled via a speed control device to provide a free rotation option.
• Reducer: Specially manufactured for leather cabinets. Available in 2KA 365, 2KA 430, 2KA 480, 2KA 550, and 2KA 750 heavy-duty vertical types.
• The gears used in the gearbox are made from 8620 alloy steel, hardened and precisely ground before assembly.
• The bearing options for the gearbox are FAG and SKF.
• Pinion Gear: Made from high-frequency bronze.
• All of our cabinets come with an air brake system.
• The brake system consists of a disc and counter plate.
• Electrical Panels: Adjusted based on motor capacity and operational conditions.
• The unit works in forward and reverse motion, controlled via a speed control device to achieve the desired rpm.
• Warning siren and lamp are included.
• The materials used in the electrical panel are of European origin (e.g., ABB, Telemecanique).
• The unit also includes a PLC system.
• All cast parts are coated with durable paint suitable for leather factory conditions, and the wooden parts are sealed and polished.
• Delivery time will be determined based on current conditions (due to wood drying).
• The work will be delivered in fully operational condition.
• Concrete and platform work at the factory site will be done by the client, while the technical project and drawings will be provided by our company.
• All manufacturing-related issues are covered by a 2-year warranty.
• The electric motor and speed control device are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
