Construction (Main Chassis):
Our machine’s construction is made of high-strength A1 quality steels. It is manufactured at a level and calibration of 0 on special production machines, eliminating the level discrepancies experienced on construction sites. The upper coating connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are completely processed with CNC machines. It is 25% heavier than comparable machines on the market. This ensures a longer lifespan and durability.

The vibration system used in our machine is a closed-loop system with liquid oil. The automatic lubrication system is activated with the operation of the machine. Oil return control is provided by a sensor, and safety is ensured on the panel against user errors. Bearings used in the vibrator are preferred to be SKF or FAG. The vibrator power adjustment can be made continuously from the control panel at any time. This provides time and labor savings for the customer. (There is absolutely no need to disassemble the vibrator from the machine while making adjustments.)

Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in accordance with occupational health and safety conditions. This eliminates hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and area losses. Our hydraulic unit has a temperature and oil level sensor. This way, the system is continuously monitored.

Bunker and Mortar Distributor
Our bunker has a mortar tank with a capacity of 2.5 m³. The bunker has an adjustable diameter, and the pouring process is carried out evenly and cleanly with a small distribution belt. All functions of the bunker can be controlled from the control panel. The vibrator placed on the bunker prevents mortar blockages.

Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in accordance with occupational health and safety. The machine pit and various points are equipped with EMERGENCY STOP buttons.

Product Transport and Steam Application
The products produced by our machine are taken to the steam application area with a crane. A transport yoke is also provided with the machine. Due to the high dimensions of the product diameters, the laying operations are carried out with a laying machine.

Molds and Pallets
All molds and plasters produced are made of St52 steel. Mold fastening plates are also provided with our machine. OUR PALLETS ARE MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS OF THE ILLER BANK AND DIN 4032-4035 NORMS. Our pallets are completely manufactured on CNC lathes. Before shipment, pallets are packaged using a special packaging method and shipped. With a special protective wax, rusting issues are avoided until the first use.
