BOYMAK Tunnel Type Baking and Drying Ovens are based on the principle of cooking the workpiece to be cooked by hanging it on the oven conveyor. In this type of ovens, after the workpiece is hung on the conveyor, it is cooked or dried while moving at a certain speed depending on the thickness of the piece and its m2 area.

HEATING UNIT

BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks mounted at the back of the oven can increase the oven temperature from ambient temperature to 230 ºC. BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are manufactured from 310 quality Stainless Steel material and are resistant up to 1000 ºC.

The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. Thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and its circumference is 150mm. It is insulated with rock wool. There is a turbine fan that distributes the heat into the oven. Thanks to the peephole on the thermoblock, combustion efficiency is controlled and precautions are taken against gas and diesel jams inside the thermoblock.

Tunnel Type cooking and drying ovens are manufactured in disassembled form by being installed on the chassis in the form of sandwich panels.
The inner part of the baking oven is made of 1.2mm ST 37 Galvanized material, and the outer part is made of 1.2mm ST 37 material. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint and corrosion resistance is increased.

Baking oven panels are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard. The inner part of the oven panels is 50mm. rock wool, the outer part is 120mm. It is insulated with glass wool, and due to this insulation feature in the baking oven, heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (-10) degrees. In this way, our cooking ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment. There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the baking oven, and a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved within the oven thanks to the air ducts extending along the oven and the vents placed on the channels.

Tunnel type baking ovens have two sliding doors at the entrance and exit. These doors are adjusted automatically or manually according to the piece size. In this way, unnecessary heat losses are prevented and savings are achieved.

Temperature control is carried out by means of a thermocouple placed inside the oven. BOYMAK Tunnel Type Baking Oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature and can be adjusted from 0 to 250 °C via the digital clock on the temperature control panel.
