9 M MKM Conveyor Belt Paint Oven

MKM’s conveyor top paint ovens are based on the principle of loading the part to be dried or baked into the oven with an apparatus or manually. The body of the oven is assembled with each other inside galvanized, outside electrostatically painted sheet metal, and high temperature resistant silicone. There is a galvanized air duct inside the oven to provide homogeneous heat distribution. The oven’s heating unit is resistance. The temperature control of the oven is done with a digital thermostat; the baking temperature of the paint can be digitally adjusted. The chain conveyor is driven with 1 tensioning and drive group. Painted parts will be transported on suitable profiles mounted between the two rows of chains in the oven. The bearings of the conveyor line have been made in the oven and at the bottom. The belt speed adjustment of the conveyor can be adjusted at the desired speed via the conveyor panel.
