Horizontal Jaw Motion Packaging Machine with 90 packs/min Servo Motor
GM 103FS 4-axis Servo Motor, Slider Jaw, Flat Printing Jaw, No Product No Package System, No Gap No Cut System, photoelectric, 7′ 65536 color touch screen packaging machine. It is suitable for transparent, continuously printed and photocell printed packaging use.
With the No Product No Package System, if there is no product on the product conveyor, the packaging pulling system and rotating cutting jaw system stop to prevent packaging waste, and when there is a product on the conveyor, it operates automatically.
With the No Gap No Cut System, to prevent the product from entering the package in the wrong position and getting stuck under the rotating cutting jaw, the rotating cutting jaw stops and resumes operation automatically after the product in the wrong position has passed.
The Flat Printing Jaw System makes the stitches higher quality and more durable. Therefore, flat sealing is used in applications where leakage of the package would be a problem. Applications where there should be no leakage and the smallest possibility of air escape such as MAP (Gas Flushing System), Wet Wipes.
Thanks to the user-friendly touch screen of GM 103FS, all settings can be made via the touch screen. In addition, all alarm situations are visually and textually displayed thanks to the regional alarm system. Packaging Speed can reach up to 90 packs/min. It is a suitable solution for packaging products such as Wet Wipes, Wet Towels, MAP Packaging, Cold Sandwich.
