SL-VA-900 – 900 Kg Capacity Vacuum Glass Handling System

Specially designed for transporting large and heavy glass elements, this is a vacuum handling system with high safety standards. This device offers a lifting capacity of up to 900 kg, can be manually rotated 360 degrees, and provides 90 degree tilting capability for complete flexibility during assembly.

Its modular structure allows adaptation to different installation needs. The angular adjustable and radially expandable suction feet enable the safe transportation of narrow and long as well as wide and short glass pieces. This feature makes the product indispensable on construction sites.

Equipped with dual vacuum pumps, dual safety circuits, and a cross safety system, the SL-VA-900 is manufactured in compliance with TS EN 13155 standards. The 300 mm diameter suction cups provide strong and secure grip on smooth surfaces.

The device operates with a 12V – 20 Ah rechargeable battery and offers up to 8 hours of uninterrupted use on a single charge. The vacuum pump stops when the required pressure is reached, saving energy; and automatically engages to ensure safety when pressure drops.

It can be easily transported both on construction sites and within facilities with its transport trolley.
