  • Drying Tunnels and Heat Control: 4-door, pneumatically operated drying tunnels; with resistance or hot oil coil options, ensuring optimal drying of the material.

  • Synchronized Idle Rollers: Chrome-plated, ground idle rollers with a diameter of 100 mm located inside the tunnel, work in synchronization with the machine via a timing belt, guiding the material smoothly during lamination.

  • Advanced PLC Controlled System: Speed, revolutions, meter readings, and temperature values can be easily adjusted. Automatic temperature indicators continuously monitor the temperature of critical areas.

  • High Capacity Motors: 15 kW main motor and 10 kW winding motor, reaching a maximum speed of 200 m/min, increasing production efficiency.

  • Flexible and Adjustable Design: While the specifications remain fixed, the winding shafts are equipped with a sliding system; thus, materials of different sizes and features can be processed easily.

  • Fully Equipped Delivery: Two paint tanks and an ink pump are delivered with the machine. Additionally, conditioners and air installations are ready and assembled.
