Airless Paint Pump with Air Drive

Piston airless paint pumps move the paint by compressing it with a piston that is driven by the air motor in its structure, which takes in air from the compressor’s air line, and applies the paint compressed at high pressure by the piston to the surface with the help of a spray gun (airless gun).

Air-driven piston paint pumps are driven not by an electric motor but by compressed air.

Depending on the flow capacity of the pump and the pressure value required by the operating conditions, it operates by connecting to an air line of a compressor of an appropriate capacity.

Air-driven airless paint pumps have an explosion-proof feature since they do not operate with electricity. For this reason, they are frequently preferred in enclosed spaces where solvents, thinners, and many other flammable and inflammable paints are applied to surfaces.
