Automatic Cheese Dry Boiling and Kneading Machine
All products are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade special accessories.
There is a weight measurement system and adjustable feet.
The electrical panel has phase protection relay and speed controls.
Temperature and kneading speed can be easily controlled via the PLC touch panel.
A platform is available. It provides heat to the cheese curd transferred to the chamber both through direct steam injection and indirectly via the roll-bond heating jacket.
It is manufactured in capacity according to customer request.
A filter is available in the direct steam injection system.
Surfaces in contact with the product are sandblasted with anti-stick sand.
