Automatic Double Corner Cutting Machine

Woodmaster 200-250 automatic double corner cutting and dowel drilling machine is designed to cut PVC coated wooden materials in full size 45° angles with a single operation and to perform dowel drilling process.
When requested, the machine has the option for fixed 45° cutting or individual operation for dowel drilling.
The operation time for PVC coated wooden materials with min-max cutting size is between 10-15 seconds.

• The machine has a safe part clamping feature with a pneumatic double clamping system.
• The cutting saws are automatically movable.
• Milling units are automatically movable.
• Part size can be easily and accurately adjusted with a precise measuring scale.
• The machine has a dual hand control system.
• The cutting group tables consist of one movable and one fixed table.
