Fully Automatic Climate Control Systems
A system that must be used in closed-system and poultry houses with a capacity of over 60,000. It provides homogeneous ventilation, cooling, and humidity control in poultry houses. While controlling the heat inside the house, it also meets the minimum and maximum air requirements of the animals.
The biggest feature of the fully automatic ventilation system is that all air movements inside the house are controlled by the PLC (Computer System). The PLC system shows the temperatures of the front right, back right, front left, back left, and middle of the house separately. The system consists of fans, pads, pumps, water tank, and an automation panel that controls them, according to the climate conditions in the area where the house is located. The number of fans and pads required is determined based on the number of poultry in the building. Fans and pads are positioned according to the condition of the building. In the system, there is a flap damper inside the building to adjust the air intake. The temperature inside the house is transferred to the automation panel through temperature sensors placed in different zones inside the house. According to the incoming data, the automation panel commands the fans to expel the dirty air outside the house, and commands the flaps and dampers to let in the necessary amount of clean air. In the fully automatic system, the opening angle of the flaps and dampers is determined by the automation panel. Depending on the season, only ventilation or ventilation – cooling is done. Cooling is provided using pads. Clean air taken from outside the house passes through the inside of the pads. Water is transferred inside the pads through the pipes on top of them. As the air passes through the pads, it absorbs moisture from the water and enters inside in a cooled state. Cold air is directed towards the roof through flaps and dampers. As cold air is heavy, it moves towards the lower floors of the cage. Thus, clean and cool air is transferred to all parts of the house. This is called the spray system. An alert-based audible and light alarm system is available in case of any problems that may occur in the ventilation system.
