Yusufoğlu Machine YSF/SM Towel and Toilet Paper Machine
Yusufoğlu Machine Toilet Paper Machine produces towel rolls by passing the paper in roll form through lamination, embossing, perforation, and winding processes. Then, it is cut into desired sizes with a saw or log saw machine.
The machine can be produced without lamination, with a single lamination unit, or with a double lamination unit. The non-laminated model only produces toilet paper, while the laminated models can produce both toilet paper and paper towels.
The automation system detects possible malfunctions and informs the operator. Thanks to the automatic stop feature against paper breaks, uninterrupted production is ensured. Sizing can be easily performed with a saw or log saw machine.
