E-BBK-100/200 Big Bag Filling Scales are products developed for filling large bags (Big Bags) used in the transportation of powder and granular materials in the industry. E-BBK-100/200 Big Bag Filling Scale is manufactured in different weighing and filling capacities and bag installation and removal operations are carried out by the operator. It is manufactured in bag capacities from 500 kg to 2000 kg and filling capacities from 10 t/h to 60 t/h. Single weighing cell E-BBK-100 types are used for filling capacities up to 25 t/h, and E-BBK-200 type double-cart filling systems are used for capacities over 25 t/h.

 

In general, the way the filling scale works is as follows. The user attaches the bag to the car or weighing unit at the waiting point and presses the ready button. The ready car arrives at the filling point, the filling nozzle lowers and the bag mouth is compressed. The fan flap is opened in the direction of the bag and the bag is inflated, then the fan flap is closed and the filter flap is opened.

 

At the same time, the flap under the filling screw is opened and the screw feeder is operated to start bag filling. When the bag weight reaches the desired value, the feeder stops and the lower flap closes.

The filling nozzle lifts up and the car moves to the filling point prepared at the waiting station while the car moves to the waiting position. The user takes the bag from the car arriving at the waiting point with the help of a forklift and continues the process in the same way.
