Description
Our machine has manual and automatic pastry collection features. If desired, the filling spreading and rolling feature can be canceled, and only dough can be opened, with the filling spread and collected manually. It can also automatically press the filling, roll it, and collect it with the rolling brush. Length and width cutting knives are available on the machine. There is one filling pressing unit and one heated oil reservoir. By adjusting the speed of the oil pump on it, it provides the possibility of lubrication as much as desired. Since the reservoir is heated, it allows mixing of solid and liquid oils.
