Sterilization machines are used in food products. The process is conducted before the product is placed inside the bottle packaging. There are several models available:

• Sterilization with steam

• Sterilization with hydrogen peroxide

• Sterilization with UV lamps

The systems use an air pressure of 7-8 bar. The control system is operated by a PLC. The operating voltage is 220 volts at 50 Hz, and the control voltage is 24 volts DC. The system is designed according to the bottle or container of the product. HMI screens of 10-inch, 7-inch, or 4.3-inch are used. The system comes with a 2-year warranty against factory defects.
