Box Type Powder Coating Oven Odak Machine

· Heating system can be provided with LPG/LNG, ELECTRIC, DIESEL, and FUEL OIL.

· The oven body made of 500 mm. panels is disassembled and can be assembled on site.

· In models with a heating system, the burner is thermoblock and the combustion chamber is made of 310 quality stainless steel.

· Diesel and Natural Gas burners can be used in the system.

· Temperature control system is done with a Digital Thermostat.

· There is a time relay that provides the paint baking graph.

· Material cooked warning is provided by a horn.

· Our box oven with car loading on the floor can be easily used on normal ground.

· The insulation thickness of the panels is 160 mm.

· The oven doors are specially hinged and use heat-resistant silicone gaskets.

· The inside of our oven is galvanized and the outside is coated with electrostatic powder paint.

· The adjustable hot air channel from below provides circulation by absorbing heat from the rear upper base.
