Description
Cheese Whey Separator Drum
Separates the curd (teleme) in pieces and whey coming from the cheese process tank.
A perforated separator drum is available.
The product inlet diameter is manufactured according to customer request.
A centrifugal pump is available to send the separated whey to the whey tank.
All products are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and special accessories suitable for food.
The electrical panel has phase protection relay and speed control.
