MCY Chemical Reaction Industrial Wastewater Treatment System
These are systems where coagulation, neutralization, and flocculation processes are carried out in industrial wastewater treatment plants.
Chemical treatment tanks consist of 2 fast mixing (coagulation and neutralization) and 1 slow mixing (flocculation) units.
Working principle: The mixing process is carried out at calculated revolutions by dosing chemical substances into the mixing units. The formed flocs (chemical sludge) are transferred to the next unit, which is the chemical sedimentation system.
When designing chemical treatment tanks, criteria such as the sector of the wastewater to be treated, the structure and characteristics of the wastewater, mixing durations, and hydraulic load are taken into account.
Chemical treatment tanks can be manufactured in sizes calculated or desired according to the project. Although they are made of St.37 + Epoxy Paint material, they can also be produced from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and its derivatives depending on whether the environment is acidic or corrosive.
