Circular Welding Automation System

Circular welding machines have a wide range of applications in the welding manufacturing sector, achieving excellent results in end-to-end, corner, overlapping, and nested welding configurations of circular section parts for high quality and minimum distortion. These machines make external circular welded joints. It is possible to use single and multi-pass welding, TIG, MIG/MAG, and SAW welding systems. The joint to be welded is tightened to prevent shifting, and the welding head remains fixed on the rotating workpiece to perform the welding accurately. Circular welding machines are typically manufactured with dual torch mechanisms, but it is also possible to adapt single or multiple torch mechanisms. Standard circular welding machines are manufactured with diameters ranging from 1000mm to 6000mm and up to 1000mm in diameter.
