The Empero EMP.BQ3-S 6×2/1 GN Cold Banquet Trolley is a robust and efficient solution designed for transporting and serving cold dishes in professional kitchens. With dimensions of 716x888x1251 mm, this cold banquet trolley offers a spacious transport area, making it an ideal choice for large hotels, catering services, and restaurants. With a capacity of 6 trays, it easily meets the need to transport large quantities of cold food and desserts at once.

This model is designed to maintain the coldness of products prepared for baking or serving, offering an efficient cooling system with a working voltage of 220V – 240V. The use of “CFC Free” R-134 A refrigerant gas adopts an environmentally friendly approach while providing strong and stable cooling performance. The digital thermostat control unit allows the user to have full control over the temperature, ensuring that products are always kept within the correct temperature range. The operating range is between 0 °C and +5 °C, maintaining cold holding performance even in tropical conditions of 43 °C.

The Empero EMP.BQ3-S features an ergonomic design for ease of transport and use. The magnetic lock ensures that the lid closes securely and prevents products from shifting during transport. Lockable wheels allow the banquet trolley to be stabilized, preventing unwanted movement during transport and ensuring safety.
