Operating efficiently with a voltage of 220V – 240V, the Empero EMP.BQ1-S uses “CFC Free” R-134 A refrigerant gas, offering an environmentally friendly solution. This refrigerant minimizes negative impacts on the environment while providing effective cooling. The digital thermostat control unit allows you to precisely adjust temperature levels, ensuring your food stays at the right temperature during transport and preventing quality loss. The operating range is between 0 °C and +5 °C, maintaining the quality of your cold products even in tropical conditions of 43 °C.

The Empero EMP.BQ1-S is also very practical in terms of oven transport and safety, equipped with a magnetic lock. This feature ensures the lid closes securely and prevents contents from spilling during transport. Lockable wheels provide stability for the banquet trolley. This feature is especially important in busy kitchen environments, allowing for controlled movement and safe transport.

High-quality 40 kg/m3 density polyurethane insulation minimizes cold air loss and maintains the temperature balance of the products inside for a long time.
