Özem Machine Conveyor Automatic Painting and Baking Line
Our conveyor lines, designed and produced for the automatic application of painting processes in sectors such as automotive, furniture, and home appliances, consist of an integrated facility that includes powder or wet paint application booths, powder or wet paint robots, and drying ovens that dry the painted products at the end of the painting process.
The loading, washing, painting, and baking/drying processes of the products to be painted are carried out fully automatically while being transported on the conveyor.
In our facility, which is designed in the most suitable way considering the weight and size of the products processed in the painting facility, our conveyors are specially designed according to the needs. Our conveyors, which have manual or automatic painting options, are suitable for operation under high temperatures.
In these facilities that we design and project according to the requests of our customers, there can be multiple paint booths according to the needs.
It is projected and produced in the desired sizes according to the area where the installation will be made.
