Cylinder Chrome Plated Open Width Fabric Sanfor Machine

Our Sanfor Machine is designed to provide the most suitable and economical shrinkage for woven, knitted, and denim fabrics, as well as to give a special touch, based on our years of knowledge and experience.

Technical Details

•    The main cylinder in our rubber blanket unit is chrome plated, and world-leading Dunline rubber blankets are used
•    The Palmer Cylinder is manufactured in diameters of 1,800 mm, 2,000 mm, or 2,500 mm depending on fabric capacity and weight. Topline felt blankets are used in the Palmer unit, and there is an automatic felt centering and tensioning system
•    All operating parameters are controlled via a PLC system through a touch operator dialog panel
•    Speed and synchronization are provided through A.C motor drivers via the PLC system
•    An automatic sanding system and sanding apparatus are available as options
