The average rolling capacity of bread dough is 11,000 pieces per hour.
In one hour, the maximum number of Hamburger and pastry dough is 11,000 pieces, while the average for Bagel and Sandwich dough is 7500 pieces/hour.
Since very little flour is used in dough cutting, the dough surface is flour-free.
It provides a clean working environment.
The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted.
The lubrication system is automatically adjusted during the dough cutting process.
Unlike other machines, the dough is not damaged due to pressure-free cutting.
LAYING (AUTOMATIC ARRANGEMENT ON TRAY-PASTA)
Automatically settles for laying on a tray or pasta. After laying, it automatically comes out.
The laying opening distance is adjusted via the screen.
Automatically arranges the cut dough into the desired size tray or pasta.
Tray sizes must be specified in advance. The laying measurement changes for non-standard trays.
It automatically arranges for grooved and flat trays with simple adjustments.
If the pasta or tray is not placed correctly, the arrangement does not occur, and a warning is given on the screen.
Note: Since there are pneumatic pistons on the machine, a minimum of 4 bar pressure air is required for the machine to operate.
A 5*2.5 multi-cable should be pulled for electricity.
To prevent voltage fluctuations in electricity that may damage the automation products used in the machine, a suitable regulator is recommended.
