GENERAL FEATURES

CUTTING SECTION
The outer casing is clad with 304 chrome, and the surfaces in contact with the dough are 304 chrome and chrome plated.

Various outer drums are used to roll the dough within these ranges. Changing the outer drums can be easily done in a few minutes.

The average Roll bread dough and rolling capacity is 5,500 pieces per hour.

In one hour, Hamburger and bun dough can reach a maximum of 5,500 pieces, while Bagel and Sandwich dough can average 5,500 pieces/hour.
Since very little flour is used in dough cutting, the dough surface is flour-free.
It provides a clean working environment.
The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted.
The lubrication system is automatically adjusted during the dough cutting process.
Unlike other machines, the pressureless cutting does not damage the dough.

Note: A 5*2.5 multi-cable should be drawn for electricity.

To prevent voltage fluctuations in electricity and protect the automation products used in the machine, a suitable regulator is recommended.
