Our vertical axis painting robots work on the principle of moving paint guns from top to bottom at various speeds and stroke lengths to achieve smooth spraying on moving objects.

The stroke lengths of guns mounted on an extended arm from the carrier trolley can be programmed according to the material’s length, and the stroke speeds can be programmed according to the conveyor speed. The movement of the carrier trolley is ensured by a chain trigger belt or an endless gear driven by a servo motor (which can be a gear motor) inside the trolley’s robustly made slide. The motor’s movement is controlled by a PLC.
