Double Washer / Hy800 – 2

Material is washed and transported out of the conical-shaped body by the rotation of the helix shaft covered with rubber inside the channel. During this process, the material is agitated and dragged in the opposite direction of the slope, allowing water to flow back. The fine shaft floating in the water is settled in the pools on both sides of the channel, minimizing the loss of material escaping with the dirty water. Spiral washers, produced with single or double helix shafts, are widely used machines for washing materials between 0 – 10 mm.
