The drum shot blasting machine, specially designed by TOLER-MAK, is ideal for achieving the highest level of SA2.5 surface quality on parts. Balancing turbine positions and amount of steel granules with power capacity delivers maximum cleaning efficiency for any loading. The consistently high performance of the machine is directly linked to the proper functioning of the parts and the importance of regular maintenance.

This modular drum blasting system consists of many easily disassembled units, each unit can be transported independently. Every point of the loaded semi-finished parts is sandblasted evenly and completely, thanks to the special angles of the turbines. The inner surfaces and entry and exit points of the sandblasting area are secured with carefully designed coatings and materials to prevent leaks.

Interior walls and doors coated with Hardox material harden against impact and provide additional protection. The areas in contact with the abrasive material ejected from the turbines are covered with special wear-resistant casting parts on 60 rkvl steel, offering maximum durability. The roof and bunkers are reinforced with Hardox material for extra protection against wear.

After the sandblasting process, the abrasive material used is collected through the systems under the machine and recycled with the help of elevator and separator. The air inside the machine is cleaned with advanced filter and cyclone systems to remove dust and used granules, thus providing a clean working environment. This fully automatic system minimizes operating errors and work accidents and provides a safe and efficient working environment.
