Description

Bosch Plus Starfix EEA362 MIG MMA TIG 420 3 Function Gasless Gas Under Welding Machine

The Starfix model is available for use in 2 types, as a normal electrode welding or as a gasless wire welding. It has 3 functional features for tig mig and mma welding.

Tig (Argon) welding: Argon Welding (TIG Welding) is a welding process that uses electricity to melt and bond metal parts. TIG (Argon) welding is suitable for a wide range of metal thicknesses. It is even suitable for very thin materials that are difficult (or impossible) to weld with other welding techniques.

MIG welding: Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is a sub-type of gas metal arc welding (GMAW). In this welding process, the main materials are joined with a welding current. The filler metal is continuously fed from the welding gun. While the electric arc melts the electrode wire, it is melted together with the main metals in the welding pool. At the same time, protective gas moves along the welding gun to keep the weld away from atmospheric pollution.

MMA welding: Shielded Metal Arc Welding (MMA) is a manual arc welding method where the necessary heat for welding is generated between the coated consumable electrode and the workpiece through the arc formed. The tip of the electrode, the welding bath, the arc, and the areas close to the weld of the workpiece are protected by gases produced by the burning and decomposition of the coating material from the harmful effects of the atmosphere.

It works with a 1 kg wire and is compatible with wires up to 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, and 1 mm. We also have wires available in our store for the gasless machine to work wirelessly from the coil to the torch.

220-volt bag-type gas under welding machine 200 ampere features, 1 phase 230V-50/60 Hz grid voltage and works with generators, tolerates up to 15% voltage fluctuations.

Thanks to inverter technology, it is more energy-efficient compared to conventional machines. It offers excellent welding characteristics with steel, aluminum, and various wire types. It has positive (+) and negative (-) polarizing options.

Welding voltage, wire feeding speed (current), soft start, pre-gas, post-gas, burn-back settings, and 2/4 trigger option are made from the front panel. Welding parameters are easily monitored with large digital displays. There are free wire feeding and gas test buttons.
