Cutting Section

• The outer casing and surfaces in contact with the dough are made of 304 chrome and chrome plating.

• Dough cutting is in the range of 25-90 grams or 30-110 grams.

  • Different outer drums are used for these weight ranges.

  • The machine must be manufactured according to the dough cutting weight range.

• The maximum rolling bread dough and rolling capacity is 15,000 pieces per hour.

• Since very little flour is used in dough cutting, the dough surface is flour-free and provides a clean working environment.

• The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted.

• The lubrication system is automatically adjusted during the dough cutting process.

• Non-pressurized cutting does not damage the dough.

• Note: Since there are pneumatic pistons on the machine, a minimum air pressure of 4 bar is required for the machine to operate. A 5*2.5 multi-cable should be pulled for electricity. To prevent voltage fluctuations that may damage the automation products used in the machine, a suitable regulator is recommended.
